Dr John Raison

Dr John Raison is a former Chief Research Scientist with CSIRO where he studied the ecology of Australia’s native forests for nearly 40 years. He has published widely on carbon accounting in forests, was a major contributor to the development of Australia’s National Carbon Accounting System and is a co- author of the IPCC GHG accounting Guidelines used internationally for reporting on change in the Land Sector.
