The US Department of Agriculture has announced six key appointments in their bid to support America’s farmers, ranchers, and producers. Kailee Tkacz Buller has been named Chief of Staff, joined by Preston Parry as Deputy Chief of Staff and Jennifer Tiller as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary and Senior Advisor for Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services.

According to the USDA, Ralph Linden, Audra Weeks, and Dominic Restuccia round out legal, communications, and liaison appointments. Kailee Tkacz Buller brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as President and CEO of the National Oilseed Processors Association.

Preston Parry adds expertise from roles in the America First Policy Institute and the White House Domestic Policy Council. Meanwhile, Jennifer Tiller has deep experience in agricultural policy, having served as Deputy Staff Director for the House Committee on Agriculture.

The new appointments came after President Trump appointed Gary Washington as Acting Secretary of Agriculture. Washington, who has served as USDA Chief Information Officer since 2018, will temporarily assume the role while Brooke Rollins—who last week testified before the Senate—awaits confirmation.
